Motoverse

Building a rider experience at serious scale

15,000+ attendees. An open site in Goa. An experience built from the ground up.

Motoverse brings together motorcycles, music, culture and community at a scale few rider events in India attempt.

The production challenge is obvious. But scale alone was never the real brief.

The Challenge

Motoverse needed to accommodate 15,000+ attendees across a large, open site in Goa, with multiple experiences, attractions and programmes operating simultaneously.

But the real challenge went beyond scale:

How do you make 15,000 people feel like a community, not a crowd?

The experience needed to work operationally at scale while still feeling unmistakably Royal Enfield – connected to the culture, energy and sense of belonging that brings riders together.

THE THINKING

The experience had to work as one ecosystem.

So the focus wasn’t only on individual installations or attractions, but on how everything came together: The infrastructure, the movement, the experience zones, the programming, the production, the people.

Every element had to work at scale without making the experience feel impersonal.

The Experience

Merakie worked across planning, production and on-ground execution, translating the event requirements into physical experiences capable of handling significant audience volumes.

The Proof

15,000+ attendees   |   50+ Royal Enfield experiences   |   Relationship since 2016

A relationship built not around one successful event, but the ability to deliver across formats, audiences and scales.
